Sinar Mas Land Presents a Special Area for Data Companies in Kota Deltamas. One of the data centers built in Kota Deltamas is the National Data Center (PDN). The construction of the first National Data Center in Indonesia began by the Ministry of Communication and Information on an area of approximately 5 hectares in 2022.
Until 2024, there have been 14 data center tenants, both local and international, who have joined the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) industrial area. They include PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, as well as the National Data Center owned by the Ministry of Communication and Information, to a number of international data center companies. A number of international data companies are recorded from Singapore, Australia, the United States and Europe.

Public transportation users can also reach it via the AO bus from Jakarta-Kota Deltamas and the Train Station Fast Karawang, directly connected to the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Whoosh Fast Train, which is planned to operate in 2025.
