PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk Booked Revenue of IDR613.4 Billion in the First Half of 2025 

CIKARANG – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk and Subsidiary (“the Company” or
“DMAS”), property developer of modern integrated industrial township of Kota Deltamas, booked revenues of IDR613.4 billion in the first half of 2025.
“Industrial segment contributed the most with revenue amount of IDR553.5 billion or around 90% from the total revenues in the
first half of 2025” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. 

Apart from that, the residential segment contributed IDR26.3 billion, and the commercial segment contributed IDR17.4
billion. While the rental segment and the hotel segment contributed IDR8.3 billion and IDR7.9 billion respectively.

“Data center sector remains to be the mai contributor to the industrial land sales that were recorded as the Company’s revenues in the first half of 2025,” said Tondy Suwanto.

The Company’s gross profit was booked of IDR429.6 billion in the first half of 2025.

“Gross profit margin in the first half of 2025 was booked around 70.1%,” said Tondy Suwanto. In addition. the operating profit was also booked of IDR328.0 billion in the first half of 2025 with the operating profit margin in
the first half of 2025 was booked around 53.5%.

n the first half of 2025, the Company recorded net profit of IDR433.0 billion.
Meanwhile, net profit margin was recorded at 70.6%.

From a fundamental perspective, total assets of the Company as of June 30, 2025, was recorded of IDR6.7 trillion, with the cash and cash equivalent position as of June 30, 2025, was IDR594.4 billion. Meanwhile, total liabilities of the Company as of June 30, 2025, was recorded of IDR409.0 billion. 

Total equity (net) as of June 30, 2025, was recorded of IDR6.2 trillion.
With healthy fundamental prospective, the Company strives to develop Kota Deltamas to realize Kota Deltamas as an integrated township at east of Jakarta by combining industrial, commercial, and residential
estates.
