CIKARANG, February 06, 2024 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), targets marketing sales of IDR 1.81 trillion by the year 2024. The main contribution of the targeted marketing sales still remains from land sales in the industrial sector.
Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, says that marketing sales target of year 2024 that has been set by management, is based on several considerations. “Compared with the results of marketing sales achievements in 2023, the target of IDR 1.81 trillion in 2024 is a moderate conservative target. We also consider other things such as national economic growth and the world geopolitical situation.”
At the beginning of the year 2024 there is a solid demand for land inquiries. “In our pipeline, there are still 90 hectares of land inquiries which is one of considerations in determining the marketing sales target for year 2024.” Tondy Suwanto added.
Land inquiries in the early 2024 are dominated by the data center segment. The development of information technology, digital transformation, and the increase of internet penetration, along with the growth of applications on smart devices, the expansion of broadband telecommunications such as 4G, 5G, FTTH, and the Internet of Things, as well as the booming and euphoria of using big data and AI, are the driving factors of high requirement for data centers.
Tondy Suwanto further says that in early of year 2024 despite data center segment, there are inquiries from other industrial segments such as automotive related industries, FMCG, chemical industry, and other industry. Inquiries of residential sector and commercial sector are also expected to increase along with the increasing economic and industrial activities in Kota Deltamas “Therefore, we are optimistic that able to achieve the marketing sales target of IDR 1.81 trillion in 2024,” said Tondy Suwanto.
