CIKARANG, March 1, 2023 – Today PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk and Subsidary (“the Company”) is announcing its audited Financial Statements for the period of December 31, 2022. The Company booked revenues in 2022 of Rp1.93 trillion, grew by 34.1% compared to the revenues in the previous year of Rp1.44 trillion, and net profit in 2022 of Rp1.22 trillion, grew by 70.3% compared to the net profit in 2021 of Rp715 billion.
Industrial segment became the main contributor of the Company’s revenues with a contribution of Rp1.42 trillion or 73.3% of total revenues of the Company. On the other hand, the commercial segment contributed Rp452 billion or 23.4% from total revenues of the Company. Meanwhile, residential segment, rental segment, and hotel segment respectively contributed 2.2%, 0.5%, and 0.5% of the total revenues.
Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, said “Most of the revenues recognized in 2022 were from the Company’s industrial land sales, especially to data center businesses,” said him.
The Company booked a gross profit of Rp1.38 trillion in 2022, jumped by 62.4% compared to gross profit in 2021 of Rp847 billion. Gross profit margin surged to 71.2% in 2022 compared to 58.8% in 2021, mainly due to increasing average selling price of the industrial land in the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial estate managed by the Company.
The Company recorded operating profit of Rp1.18 trillion in 2022, increased by 76.9% compared to the operating profit in the previous year of Rp665 billion. The operating profit margin surged to 60.9% in 2022 from 46.2% in 2021, in line with the increasing gross profit margin of the Company.
The Company’s profit before tax was recorded at Rp1.24 trillion in 2022, while the Company’s net profit was recorded at Rp1.22 trillion in 2022. Net profit of the Company in 2022 grew by 70.3% compared to the net profit in 2021. In addition, net profit margin rose to 63.0% in 2022 from 49.6% in 2021. Through these results, the Company recorded a net profit per share of Rp25.26 in 2022.
From a fundamental perspective, the Company’s total assets as of December 31, 2022 were recorded at Rp6.62 trillion, 8.3% higher than the total assets as of December 31, 2021 of Rp6.11 trillion. The Company’s net cash position as of December 31, 2022 was IDR 763 billion, jumped by Rp164 billion compared to position as of December 31, 2021 of Rp599 billion. In addition, throughout 2022, the Company distributed cash dividend to its shareholder ofRp843 billion. “The Company has a healthy cash position to fund its operational activities”, said Tondy Suwanto.
The Company’s liabilities as of December 31, 2022 were recorded at Rp899 billion, 17.8% higher than the Company’s total liabilities as of December 31, 2021 of Rp763 billion. This was mainly due to increasing Company’s contract liabilities, both current and non-current, of Rp253 billion from Rp491 billion as of December 31, 2021 to Rp744 billion as of December 31, 2022.
The Company does not have any debt. With the current cash position, the Company will fund its operational activities to achieve optimal results. The Company strives to develop Kota Deltamas to realize Kota Deltamas as an integrated township at east of Jakarta by combining industrial, residential, and commercial estates.
