DMAS Achieved IDR1.1 Trillion Marketing Sales in the First Half of 2024
CIKARANG, July 17, 2024 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of IDR1.1 trillion in the first half of 2024, around 60.7% of the 2024 marketing sales target of IDR1.81 trillion.
Previously, the Company achieved marketing sales of IDR560 billion in the first quarter of 2024. In the second quarter of 2024, the Company managed to achieve marketing sales of IDR535 billion. The marketing sales achievement in the second quarter predominantly came from industrial land sales.
The achievement of the Company’s marketing sales in the first half of 2024 mainly came from industrial sector, in addition to marketing sales from commercial and residential sectors. ” The Company sold 34 hectares of its industrial land in the first half of 2024,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
The data center industry remains to be the main contributor to the industrial land sales. “More than 75% of marketing sales of industrial land in the first semester of 2024 are still dominated by the data center industry,” said Tondy Suwanto.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto explained that the Company is optimistic to achieve the marketing sales target in 2024 of IDR1.81 trillion, considering the achievements in the first half of 20224 and solid amount of industrial land inquiries. Tondy Suwanto added that with the completion of the General Election process which has run smoothly, it would create a conducive investment climate. “After the 2024 General Election, there are still industrial land inquiries of around 90 hectares with the data center segment as the main segment,” he said
The Company also continues to improve infrastructure facilities and easy access to Kota Deltamas. The additional of new access South Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll road at Km 31 and the construction of flyovers within the Company’s area, are the effort to actualize Kota Deltamas as a modern eco-friendly integrated township and as a regional hub in east of Jakarta.
