DMAS Achieved IDR560 Billion Marketing Sales in the First Quarter of 2024

CIKARANG, April 18, 2023 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of IDR560 billion in the first quarter of 2024, around 31% of the 2024 marketing sales target of IDR1.81 trillion.

Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, says that the industrial segment is still the main segment for achieving solid marketing sales at the beginning of 2024. “In the first quarter of 2024, the Company succeeded in selling around 18 hectares of industrial land,” Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto said that the data center sector remains to be the main contributor to the industrial land sales. “More than 50% of industrial land sales in the first quarter of 2024 are dominated by the data center sector,” he added.

Along with the development of information technology, digital transformation, internet penetration as well as the booming and euphoria in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), therefore more inquiries for industrial land in the GIIC Kota Deltamas area come from the data center industry. “From the approximately 90 hectares of inquiries for industrial land in 2024, around half come from the data center sector,” said Tondy Suwanto.

Apart from the developing of industrial areas, the Company also develops the residential areas and the commercial areas. Various facilities continue to be provided to make Kota Deltamas a comfortable one-stop-living city. The opening of AEON Mall Deltamas, which is the largest AEON Mall in Southeast Asia, and the opening of J-Golf, which is the first driving range in the Kota Deltamas area, are the attractiveness for commercial areas to accommodate public space requirements, as well as supporting live, work, and play activities for its residents.

The Company also continues to improve infrastructure facilities and easy access to Kota Deltamas. The additional of new access Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll road at Km 31 and the construction of flyovers within the Company’s area, are the effort to actualize Kota Deltamas as a modern eco-friendly integrated township and as a regional hub in east of Jakarta.
