CIKARANG, October 16, 2024 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of IDR1.44 trillion in the first nine months of 2024, around 80% of the 2024 marketing sales target of IDR1.81 trillion.
Previously, the Company achieved marketing sales of IDR1.1 trillion in the first half of 2024. In the third quarter of 2024, the Company managed to achieve marketing sales of IDR322 billion. The marketing sales predominantly came from industrial land sales.
Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, said that industrial land sales are still dominate the marketing sales in the first nine months of this year. “The industrial land of approximately 45 hectares has been sold within period of first nine months 2024” he said.
This solid marketing sales achievement of industrial land, still contributed by the industrial land sales to data center. “There are more than 70% of industrial land sales in the first nine months of 2024 come from the data center tenant.” said Tondy Suwanto. “We believe that land inquiries for data centers is still widely open, considering the ongoing development of digital transformation and the AI boom” he added.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto explained that the Company is optimistic to achieve the marketing sales target in 2024 of IDR1.81 trillion, considering the solid amount of industrial land inquiries. “There are more than 90 hectares of industrial land inquiries with the data center industry as the main segment,” he said.
The Company also continues to improve infrastructure facilities and easy access to Kota Deltamas. The opening of a flyover within the Company’s area called the Deltamas Bhagasasi Flyover, as well as the process of additional new access of South Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll road at KM 31, are the effort to actualize Kota Deltamas as a modern eco-friendly integrated township and as a regional hub in the east of Jakarta.
