Strong Inquiries, DMAS is Optimistic to Achieve its 2022 Marketing Sales Target
JAKARTA, September 14, 2022 – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS), developer and township manager of Kota Deltamas industrial-based modern integrated township, is optimistic to achieve 2022 marketing sales target along with strong industrial land inquiries.
PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (the “Company”) is targeting pre-sales or marketing sales of Rp1.8 trillion in 2022 and has achieved marketing sales of Rp995 billion in the first half of 2022 or around 55% of the 2022 marketing sales target. The achievement in the first half of 2022 mainly contributed by 29.1 hectare industrial land sales, in addition to commercial and residential products.
Along with the recent COVID-19 pandemic recovery, industrial land inquiries in the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial estate is also increasing. “Currently, there are more than 90 hectares industrial land inquiries in our industrial estate,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. “In addition, current industrial land inquiries are coming from various sectors,” added him. The current industrial land inquiries are coming from data center, household appliances, automotive and its supply chains, as well as other industrial sectors.
In anticipating strong industrial land inquiries, the Company continues to build infrastructure and utilities in the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial estate as well as to improve estate services at its best for its industrial tenants. The Company is currently also developing new industrial zones dedicated to data centers and similar industries with special supporting infrastructure.
“Various efforts and innovations are continuously performed to improve values and attractiveness of the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial estate in fulfilling customers’ needs,” said Tondy Suwanto. “With strong industrial land inquiries and our readiness to anticipate them, we are optimistic to achieve a solid sales result in the second half and achieve the marketing sales target,” he added.
