Kota Deltamas is one of the developments of “Global City” from Sinar Mas Land and Sojitz, which is to be a new independent city that contributes greatly to the regional region in particular and Indonesia in general. Covering an area of ±3,500 Hectares, 7% of the area is developed as a Business center, thus, Kota Deltamas fulfills one element of an ideal city by presenting a business region from national standards to international standards. This may attract local companies and multinational companies to develop.
Strategic Location
Kota Deltamas is located in a very strategic location along the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road with direct toll access from the toll road at KM 37. Kota Deltamas is located near the international transportation and logistic lanes, with the distance approximately 50 km from Tanjung Priok (Jakarta’s main international port) and around 60 km from Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Jakarta’s international airport). Moreover, the Indonesia Government has announced the plan to build a second main toll road between Jatiasih-Cikampek which is connected to Jakarta Outer Ring Road, this toll road will be located in the south area of Kota Deltamas, making it an additional access to Kota Deltamas.
