Solid Marketing Sales Performance Amidst Pandemic Situation
CIKARANG, October 6, 2020–Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS),achieved marketing sales of Rp1.38 trillion in the first nine monthof 2020, equivalent to 69% of full year 2020 marketing sales target of Rp 2 trillion.
The result mostly came from 67.7 hectare industrial land sales in the first nine month of 2020. In the third quarter alone, the Company succeeded to sell 17.1 hectares of its industrial land, after previously managed to sell 50.6 hectare industrial land in the first semester this year.
Tondy Suwanto, Director of PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (“the Company”) implies that industrial land inquiries are still strong despite pandemic situation, and the Company strives to maximize the opportunity. “Industrial land inquiries in 2020 remains high amidst this pandemic situation,” said Tondy Suwanto. “In the first nine month of 2020, we managed to achieve marketing sales ofRp1.38 trillion, and we are confident to achieve marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion in 2020,” added him.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto says that as of September 2020, there is roughly 120 hectare of industrial land inquiries. “The inquiries are from various sector, including automotive and its derivative, warehouse and logistics, and data center,” said Tondy Suwanto.
“This also indicates thatthe industrial sectors operating in GIIC Industrial Estate in KotaDeltamas will be more varied,” added Tondy Suwanto.The Company attempts to capture all the opportunities and catch up with the marketing sales target in the remaining period in this year. “The Company itself did not revise its target from the beginning of the year, which is Rp2 trillionmarketing sales. With high industrial land inquiries and more intensive negotiations with its prospective buyers, we are optimistic to reach the target, “said Tondy Suwanto.
