DMAS Achieved Rp598 Billion Marketing Sales in the First Quarter of 2023
CIKARANG, April 17, 2023 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp598 billion in the first quarter of 2023, around 33.2% of 2023 marketing sales target of Rp1.8 trillion.
The solid marketing sales achievement in early 2023 came from industrial, residential and commercial segments. Industrial land sales were the biggest contributor to this achievement. “In the first quarter of 2023, the Company sold 11.8 hectares of its industrial land,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director of the Company.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto explained that the marketing sales achievement in the first quarter of 2023 mainly came from data center industry. “The GIIC industrial estate remains to be attractive investment destination for data center players,” said Tondy Suwanto.
In addition, the industrial land inquiries remain solid. “There is around 90 hectares industrial land inquiries, the majority still comes from the data center sector,” said Tondy Suwanto.
Despite the dynamics of the industrial estate development, the Company also continues to develop its residential and commercial areas. The Company launched a landed-house residential product of de Silva in early 2023 and commercial product of Almandine business gallery at the end of 2022.
“To anticipate the increasing inquiries of residential and commercial products in line with increasing industrial activities, we launched new residential and commercial products and continue to develop the integrated city concept in Kota Deltamas, in order to fulfill the needs and ensure the satisfaction of residents, tenants, and workers in Kota Deltamas,” said Tondy Suwanto.
