CIKARANG, March 06, 2024 – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk and Subsidiary (“the Company”), property developer of modern industrial estate of Kota Deltamas, recorded revenues of IDR 1.92 trillion, gross profit of IDR 1.33
trillion, and net profit of IDR 1.21 trillion in the year of 2023.
In the year of 2023, the most contributed sector to the Company’s revenues is the industrial sector. Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company said, “The industrial sector still becomes the
backbone of the Company’s business, whereas the industrial sector revenues are obtained from industrial land sales of GIIC (Greenland International Industrial Center) in Kota Deltamas.”
The industrial sector contributed IDR 1.65 trillion or around 85.63% from total revenues in 2023. The residential sector contributed revenues of IDR 203 billion or 10.56% from total revenues and commercial sector with revenue of IDR 45 billion or 2.35% from total revenues. Furthermore, rental segment and hotel segment each contributed of IDR 14 billion and IDR 13.9 billion respectively to the total revenues.
There are several types of industrial segments that have been recorded in revenues 2023 Despites from automotive-related segment, there are also the FMCG segment and the Data Center segment. “By continue developing comprehensive facilities and infrastructure, it could be an investment attractiveness for world-class industrial customers.” Tondy Suwanto added.
From the fundamental side, total assets of the Company as of December 31, 2023 was recorded of IDR 6.72 trillion, higher of IDR 95 billion or around 1.44% than total assets of the Company as of December 31, 2022 of IDR 6.62 trillion. The Company’s net cash position as of December 31, 2023 was IDR 1.03 trillion, jumped by IDR 264 billion compared to position as of December 31, 2022 of IDR 763 billion. In addition, throughout 2023, the Company distributed cash dividend to its shareholder of IDR 1.06 trillion.
The Company’s liabilities as of December 31, 2023 were recorded at IDR 838 billion, 6.75% lower than the Company’s total liabilities as of December 31, 2022 of IDR 899 billion. This was mainly due to decreasing Company’s current contract liabilities, of Rp263 billion from Rp363 billion as of December 31, 2022 to Rp99 billion as of December 31, 2023.
The Company currently does not have any debt. With healthy net cash position, the Company strives to develop Kota Deltamas to realize Kota Deltamas as the most advanced integrated township at east of Jakarta by combining industrial, residential, and commercial estates.
