CIKARANG, February 4, 2025 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of IDR1.87 trillion in 2024 or around 3.73% higher than 2024 marketing sales target of IDR1.81 trillion.
The marketing sales achievement in 2024 was dominated by the sales of industrial land. “Marketing sales from the industrial segment, which is the main segment, recorded of IDR1.80 trillion or contributed of 96.06% from the total marketing sales achieved by the Company,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. “Approximately 59 hectares of industrial land has been sold during 2024” he added.
The 2024 marketing sales achievement of IDR1.87 trillion includes marketing sales from the residential segment of IDR43 billion or 2.30% of marketing sales in 2024 and the commercial segment of IDR31 billion or 1.64% of marketing sales in 2024.
The marketing sales achievement of the industrial segment was dominated by sales to Data Centres. “More than 60% of industrial land sales in 2024 come from the Data Center tenant.” said Tondy Suwanto. In line with the development of Artificial Intelligent (AI) and the current digital development, the Company believes that the demand for industrial land from Data Centre tenants would be continuing. In addition, various sectors such as FMCG sector, logistics sector, automotive sector and its derivatives, as well as other sectors also contribute to this good industrial land achievement.
The Company also maintains to develop the commercial areas and residential areas. In 2024, the development of the commercial area is also significant, as proven by the existence of the largest AEON Mall in Southeast Asia covering an area of 20 hectares and J-Golf, the first driving range in Kota Deltamas which has been operating since March 2024. This increases the community activities in Kota Deltamas and supports the development of residential areas in Kota Deltamas.
To improve the infrastructure facilities and support the accessibility in Kota Deltamas, the Company has opened a flyover within the Company’s area called Deltamas Bhagasasi Flyover. The Company believes that the flyover will facilitate distribution routes, encourage economic growth, and attract many investors to develop businesses in the Kota Deltamas area. The Company is also initiating the addition of a new toll road access Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) South II, precisely at KM 31 and KM 42 of toll road Jakarta-Cikampek, and the construction of a bridge that bridges the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train station, Whoosh in Kotawana, Karawang. This is an effort to actualize Kota Deltamas as a modern eco-friendly integrated township and as a regional hub in the east of Jakarta.
