PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk Booked Revenues of Rp1.44 Trillion in 2021
CIKARANG, April 8, 2022 – Today PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk and Subsidary (“the Company”) is announcing its audited Financial Statements for the period of December 31, 2021. The Company booked revenues of Rp1.44 trillion and net profit of Rp715 billion in 2021.
Industrial segment became the main contributor of the Company’s revenues with a contribution of Rp1.18 trillion or around 81.9% of total revenues of the Company. The residential and commercial segments contributed Rp125 billion and Rp117 billion, respectively, or contributed 8.7% and 8.1%, respectively, of total revenues of the Company. In addition, the hotel segment contributed Rp11 billion or 0.7% of total revenues of the Company, while the rental segment contributed Rp8 billion or 0.5% of total revenues of the Company.
Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, explained further regarding the revenue recognition from industrial land sales in 2021. “The industrial land sales to customers from automotive sector and its derivatives, as well as data center sector, are the main contributors of the revenues in 2021,” he said.
The Company booked a gross profit of Rp847 billion in 2021, with a gross profit margin of 58.8%. The operating profit was recorded at Rp665 billion with an operating profit margin of 46.2%.
The Company’s profit before tax was recorded at Rp731 billion in 2021, while the Company’s net profit was recorded at Rp715 billion in 2021, with a net profit margin of 49.6%. Through these results, the Company recorded a net profit per share of Rp14.83.
From a fundamental perspective, the Company’s total assets as of December 31, 2021 were recorded at Rp6.11 trillion, Rp638 billion or 9.5% lower than the total assets as of December 31, 2020 of Rp6.75 trillion. This was mainly due to amdecrease in cash and cash equivalents of Rp776 billion.
The Company’s net cash position as of December 31, 2021 was IDR 599 billion, a decrease of Rp776 billion compared to position as of December 31, 2020 of
Rp1.38 trillion. “The decrease in the net cash position was mainly due to the distribution of cash dividends by the Company throughout 2021 amounting to Rp892 billion,” said Tondy Suwanto.
The Company’s liabilities as of December 31, 2021 were recorded at Rp763 billion, Rp461 billion or 37.7% lower than the Company’s total liabilities as of December 31, 2020 of Rp1.22 trillion. This was mainly due to a decrease in the Company’s contract liabilities, both current and non–current, by Rp479 billion from Rp970 billion as of December 31, 2020 to Rp491 billion as of December 31, 2021.
The Company does not have any debt. With the current cash position, the Company will fund its operational activities to achieve optimal results. The Company strives to develop Kota Deltamas to realize Kota Deltamas as an integrated township at east of Jakarta by combining industrial, residential, and commercial estates.
