DMAS Raih Prapenjualan Rp1,87 Triliun di Tahun 2023
CIKARANG, January 30, 2024 – Developer of Kota Deltamas integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp1.87 trillion in 2023 or around 4.10% higher than 2023 marketing sales target of Rp1.8 trillion.
The fantastic marketing sales achievements in 2023 came from the industrial, commercial, and residential segments. “Marketing sales from the industrial segment, which is the main segment, recorded of Rp1.54 trillion or contributed of 82.41% from the total marketing sales achieved by the Company,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. “The company has sold more than 56 hectares of industrial land from total marketing sales of 68.53 hectares during 2023,” he added.
For other segments, achievements of marketing sales for 2023 include the commercial segment of Rp57.05 billion and the residential segment of Rp47.99 billion. Furthermore, the Company also recorded marketing sales from the Joint Venture sector of Rp224.65 billion.
“There are various sectors in the marketing sales of the Company’s industrial land during 2023, in addition to the automotive sector and its derivatives and the data center sector, there are also the logistics sector, the food and beverage sector, the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector (FMCG), and other sectors,” said Tondy Suwanto Despite the dynamics of industrial estate development, the Company also continues to develop its residential and commercial areas. In residential area, the Company launched a landed-house product of de Silva in March 2023. In commercial areas, the largest shopping center in Southeast Asia is under construction.
To support the self-sustained integrated township, the company continues to develop its facilities and infrastructure. The additional of new access Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll road at KM 31 and the Japek I toll road at KM 42, which will be directly integrated with Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Kotawana Station the part of Jakarta Bandung Fast Train, are the performance to actualize Kota Deltamas as a regional activities hub in east of Jakarta.
