DMAS Achieved Rp1.25 Trillion Marketing Sales in the First Nine Months of 2021
CIKARANG, October 6, 2021 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp1.25 trilion in the first nine months of 2021, around 62.4% of 2021 marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion.
Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, says that industrial land sales is still the backbone of the marketing sales achievement of the Company. “In the first nine months of 2021, the Company managed to sell around 55.3 hectares of its industrial land,”said Tondy Suwanto.
Surging inquiries from data center players since early this year have been a driver for the Company’s sales achievement in 2021. “In the third quarter alone, two new data center players has joined and will be operating in the GIIC Industrial Estate of Kota Deltamas,”said Tondy Suwanto.
GIIC (Greenland International Industrial Center) industrial estate is an industrial estate inside Kota Deltamas managed by the Company that has been able to attract various local-scale and global-scale investors from various industries such as automotive, warehouse and logistics, food and beverage, and data center. Recently, the demand for industrial land has been increasingly enlivened by data center sector players.
Tondy Suwanto explains that with the increasing inquiries from data center, the Company strives to strengthen its industrial facilities and infrastructures to ensure operational reliability of the data centers. “We are currently developing a distinctive industrial zone inside GIIC industrial estate for data center customers or other industries that require more advance technologies, whereby the industrial zone is complemented with special facilities and infrastructures,” said Tondy Suwanto. “We are collaborating with PLN to increase the reliability of the electricity supply in such area, and concurrently also strengthening fiber optic network that support the operational quality of the data centers that has been joining in our industrial estate,” added Tondy Suwanto. The above-mentioned facilities and infrastructures are believed to be added values and competitive advantages of GIIC industrial estate in order to attract more data
center players to join. “Going forward, GIIC industrial estate is not only a hub of automotive and manufacturing industries, but also a hub of data centers,” said Tondy Suwanto.
On the other hand, currently there are the industrial land inquiries of 70 hectares. “Most inquiries come from data center,” said Tondy
Suwanto. With such inquiries, the Company’s marketing sales target in 2021 of Rp2 trillion is expected to be achieved.
