DMAS Achieved Rp905 Billion Marketing Sales in the First Semester of 2021
CIKARANG, July 7, 2021 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS),
achieved marketing sales of Rp905 billion in the first semester of 2021, around 45.2% of 2021 marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion.
Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, says that the marketing sales achievement in the first semester of 2021 was mainly from industrial land sales. “The biggest marketing sales contribution came from 43.3 hectare industrial land sales,” explained Tondy Suwanto. “The industrial sectors that are dominating the Company’s industrial land sales in the first half of 2021 were automotive and data center,” added him.
Tondy Suwanto also reveals that currently there are around 50 hectare industrial land inquiries from various industrial sectors. Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto explains that the number of inquiries from data center sector has been increasing since late 2020. “Related to the increasing land inquiries from data center, we are continuously developing specific infrastructures dedicated to support data center operational activities,” explained Tondy Suwanto. “Indeed, this will be a strong competitive advantage in anticipating growing inquiries from data center sector,” added him.
Despite marketing sales from industrial segment, the Company also obtained marketing sales from residential and commercial
segments. In the first half of 2021, residential sales were mostly contributed from the sales of houses in Naraya Park residential cluster. On the other hand, commercial sales came from sales of commercial lots and shophouses.
Amidst the continuous pandemic, the Company continues to optimize Kota Deltamas township development in order to increase its
attractiveness to its prospective customers. A number of social facilities and infrastructures such as hospitals, education facilities,
restaurants and cafes, and shopping centers areexpected to soon operate in Kota Deltamas.
Those efforts will be continuously improved in in line with its efforts to actualize the long-term mission of the Company to develop Kota Deltamas as a modern and eco-friendly integrated township and as a regional hub at east of Jakarta, and to increase added value for all stakeholders.
