CIKARANG, February 2, 2023 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), targets marketing sales of Rp1.8 trillion in 2023. Sales of industrial land will remain to be the main contributor to achieve the target.
Tondy Suwanto, Director of the Company, says that industrial land inquiries in early 2023 are considerable. “There are around 90-hectare industrial land inquiries under negotiation in the beginning of 2023,” said Tondy Suwanto. “Inquiries from data centers are the biggest,” added him.
Data center sector was previously the biggest sales contributor of the Company’s industrial land in 2022. Tondy Suwanto further explains that the rapid growth of digital lifestyle recently has driven data center business, and this becomes a good opportunity for industrial estates to sell its industrial land to data center business. “We see that the opportunity to sell industrial land to data center industry in 2023 remains significant,” said Tondy Suwanto. “In addition, industrial land inquiries from other sectors, such as automotive and automotive-related, are also coming back,” added him.
The Company will also continue to develop of its residential and commercial, as well as to provide social facilities and infrastructures to improve convenience and modern lifestyle for its residents and workers, as well as to create more opportunities for the commercial business owners in Kota Deltamas township.
