DMAS Achieved Rp1.33 Trillion Marketing Sales in the First Nine Months of 2022
CIKARANG, October 17, 2022 – Developer of Kota Deltamas integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp1.33 trilion in the first nine months of 2022, around 73.8% of 2022 marketing sales target of Rp1.8 trillion.
Industrial land sales remained to be the main contributor of the marketing sales achievement. “In the first nine months of 2022, the Company managed to sell around 40.7 hectares of its industrial land,” says Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. “Most of industrial land sales in the first nine month of 2022 were contributed by industrial land sales to data centers,” added him.
The Company is currently developing a special industrial zone dedicated for data centers or similar industries, equipped with special supporting infrastructures, in order to anticipate strong industrial land inquiries from data centers.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto added that currently there are the industrial land inquiries of 90 hectares under negotiation process. The inquiries are coming from various industries, such as data centers, household appliances, automotive and its supply chains, as well as other industrial sectors.
Despite the Company’s continuous efforts in developing its industrial estate, commercial and residential area is also continuously developed. A number of social facilities and infrastructures such as hospitals, education facilities, restaurants, shopping centers, as well as residential clusters, are continually developed. Those efforts will be continuously improved in in line with its efforts to actualize Kota Deltamas as an eco-friendly self-sufficient township and as a regional hub of activities at east of Jakarta.
