PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk Booked Revenues of Rp534 Billion in the First Quarter of 2021
CIKARANG, April 28, 2021 –PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk and Subsidiary (“the Company”), property developer of modern industrial
estate of Kota Deltamas, recorded revenues of Rp534billion and net profit of Rp271 billion in the first quarter of 2021. This revenues was 395.7% higher than the Company’s revenues in the first quarter of 2020 of Rp108 billion.
From the total revenues, industrial segment contributed the most with revenues of Rp436 billion or around 81.8% from total revenues, followed by residential segment with revenue of Rp92 billion or 17.2% from total revenues. Furthermore, revenue contributions from hotel, rental, and commercial segment to the total revenues are 0.5%, 0.4%, and 0.2% respectively.
In the first quarter of 2021, the Company booked revenues mainly from industrial land sales to industrial tenants from automotive related sector and data center sector. Tondy Suwanto, Director of the Company, said that there has been a respectable amount of inquiries from both sectors since 2020. “Industrial land inquiries from automotive sector and its derivatives, as well as from data center, are quite considerable at the moment,” added Tondy Suwanto.
The Company booked gross profit of Rp306 billion, higher than the gross profit in the same period of the previous year of Rp73 billion. The Company booked gross profit margin of 57.4%.
The Company booked operating profit of Rp256 billion, higher than the operating profit in the same period of the previous year of Rp31 billion. The Company booked operating profit margin of 47.9%, higher than the operating profit of the first three-month period in 2020 of 29.2%. Increasing operating profit margin was mainly due to decrease of the general and administrative expenses in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year of 30.8%.
The Company booked other incomes (net) of Rp19 billion with most contribution from gain from estate management operation and others (net) of Rp17 billion. The Company booked profit before tax of Rp275 billion, or higher than profit before tax in the preceding year of Rp57 billion.

From the fundamental side, total assets of the Company as of March 31, 2021 was Rp6.60 trillion, 2.2% lower than total assets of the Company as of December 31, 2020 of Rp6.75 trillion. Net cash position of the Company as of March 31, 2021 was Rp1.34 trillion, 2,5% lower than net cash position as of December 31, 2020 of Rp1.38 trillion.
Total liabilities of the Company as of March 31, 2021 was Rp804 billion around, approximately 34.3% lower than total
liabilities of the Company as of December 31, 2020 of Rp1.22 trillion. Decrease of total liabilities was mainly due to decrease of
contract liabilities, both current and noncurrent, of Rp327 billion or around 33.7%. Total equities (net) as of March 31, 2021
increased around 4.9% to Rp5.80 trillion compared to the total equities (net) as of December 31, 2020 of Rp5.53 trillion.
The Company does not have any debt. With healthy net cash position, the Company strives to develop Kota Deltamas to realize Kota Deltamas as an integrated township at east of Jakarta by combining industrial, residential, and commercial estates.
