Achieved Marketing Sales of Rp2.39 trillion, DMAS Surpassed its 2020 Target
CIKARANG, January 25, 2021 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp2.39 trillion in 2020, 19% higher than its 2020 marketing sales target.
Director of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, said that marketing sales achievement of Rp2.39 trillion mostly came from industrial land sales.
“Industrial land demand in our GIIC industrial estate has been quite strong since early 2020 and the Company tried its best to seize the
opportunity, despite the pandemic situation,” said Tondy Suwanto.
The Company set marketing sales target at the early 2020 of Rp2 trillion. “We did not revise the target during 2020,” said Tondy Suwanto. “In the last quarter, we succeeded to surpass the marketing sales target that was set at the beginning of the year,” he explained.
The Company managed to achieve marketing sales of Rp2.39 trillion in 2020, mostly came from 119.5 hectare of industrial land sales.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto revealed that industrial sectors from automotive and automotive related, food, warehouse, and data
center are the industrial sectors that put investment to buy industrial land in GIIC industrial estate. “Going forward, we expect that inquiries from automotive industry and its derivatives, and data center are still strong, in line with the recent development, including
growth of digital industries,” added Tondy Suwanto.
Tondy Suwanto also revealed that solid sales achievement in 2020 will add the value of Kota Deltamas. “With more and more industrial players operating in our industrial estate, industrial activities and working population in Kota Deltamas will continue to increase in the upcoming years, and therefore will provide added value to this area. Going forward, we will continue to develop the residential and commercial area as well in Kota Deltamas to provide the best facilities to the workers, residents, and visitors of Kota Deltamas,” said Tondy Suwanto.
