CIKARANG, February 17, 2022 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), targets marketing sales of Rp1.8 trillion in 2022. The targeted marketing sales will mostly be supported by industrial land sales, despite sales from residential and commercial land or products.
Tondy Suwanto, Director of the Company, says that the demand for industrial land in early 2022 was reasonably high even though pandemic situation is not over yet. “We observe that industrial land inquiries from data center sector are increasing in the midst of this pandemic,” said Tondy Suwanto. “With a solid industrial land demand from data center sector, along with our efforts and readiness in developing special infrastructure and utilities that are required to support the activities of data center tenants, we believe that more data center players will join the industrial estate of GIIC Kota Deltamas in 2022,” he added.
The company itself has prepared a dedicated special zone in GIIC industrial estate of Kota Deltamas for data center and similar industries. This special zone is equipped with reliable premium electricity supply and private fiber optics that offer data security for the data managed by each data center tenant. “This is

Tondy Suwanto further says that in early 2022 there are 70 hectare industrial land inquiries. Despite data center sector, there are inquiries from other industrial sectors such as automotive related industries, food industry, and home appliances industry. “Therefore, we believe we can achieve the marketing sales target of IDR 1.8 trillion in 2022,” said Tondy Suwanto.
Inquiries of residential and commercial lots or products are also expected to increase along with the increasing economic and industrial activities in Kota Deltamas and its surroundings. With the rapid activity development in Kota Deltamas, the Company will continue to develop its modern residential and commercial estates in Kota Deltamas, by taking into account the market demand. “We believe that residential and commercial inquiries will continue to increase, especially with the development of infrastructure projects and commercial facilities that have begun in Kota Deltamas and its surroundings.
