DMAS Achieved Rp1.86 Trillion Marketing Sales in 2022
CIKARANG, 31 Januari 2023 – Developer of Kota Deltamas integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp1.86 trilion in 2022, around 3.6% higher than 2022 marketing sales target of Rp1.8 trillion.
Industrial land sales remained to be the biggest contributor of the marketing sales achievement. “The Company sold 60 hectare of industrial land in 2022,” said Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of the Company. “Data center sector became the main contributor of our industrial land sales in 2022, beside the home appliance manufacturing, as well as automotive manufacturing sectors and its derivatives,” added him.
In 2022, DMAS continued the development of GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial estate, especially the development for special industrial zone of data center. “Our initiative to develop an industrial area dedicated for data center has been fruitful and will continue to attract more data center business to invest in our industrial estate, especially in the middle of this digitalization era,” said Tondy Suwanto.
In addition, development of residential and commercial area in Kota Deltamas was also continuously performed. The Company launched Almandine shophouse complex and offered new residential cluster of De Silva in 2022. The new products were well-accepted by the market and surely increase the convenience for the residents, workers, and business owners in Kota Deltamas township.
In addition, a big-scale modern shopping center is currently being built at Kota Deltamas commercial area. Moreover, the Jakarta-Bandung fast train station which is directly connected to the Kota Deltamas area will shortly in operation. This development will further add the value of Kota Deltamas as the most comprehensive and modern hub of activities at east of Jakarta.
