DMAS Achieved Rp228 Billion Marketing Sales in the First Quarter of 2021
CIKARANG, April 9, 2021 – Developer of Kota Deltamas modern integrated township, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (ticker code: DMAS), achieved marketing sales of Rp228 billion in the first quarter of 2021, around 11.4% of 2021 marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion.
Director of the Company, Tondy Suwanto, said that the marketing sales achievement in the first quarter of 2021 was mainly derived from 10.4 hectare industrial land sales. “The 10.4 hectare industrial land sales mainly came from
data center sector,” said Tondy Suwanto. “The presence of new data center tenant at the beginning of this year complements the existing data center players in the Company’s industrial estate that have joined since last year,” added him. In 2020 alone, there were around 20 hectare industrial land sales to the data center customers.
Furthermore, Tondy Suwanto said further that the Company’s achievement is still on track to reach the Company’s marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion by end of the year. This is due to respectable amount of industrial inquiries under negotiation. “There is around 75 hectare industrial land inquiries, from data center, automotive, and other sectors,” said Tondy Suwanto. “We will strive to achieve the best outcomes,” added him.
Despite industrial land sales, the Company continues to develop its residential and commercial estate. Residential product of
Naraya Park Cluster, which is developed and sold by the Company, offers affordable landed house products located strategically at the heart of Kota Deltamas. On the other hand, commercial tenants will soon commence to build supporting facilities in Kota Deltamas, such as shopping center and medical facilities. With the presence of supporting commercial
facilities and comfortable residential estate, the Company continues to strive to realize an integrated independent township that offers convenience for the residents, visitors, and workers in Kota Deltamas.
